Version 0.6.2 release

Version 0.6.2 of the Cantonese keyboard for Android is available for download on the Android Market Tools category for free. This is a testing version and will expire on 15 March 2011.


Bug fixes
  • Fixed the occasional messed hardware keys capitalization.
  • Fixed the whole edit box deletion when long pressed the back space soft key on Android 2.2.
  • Keep the shift state for the second key of double tab pair-keys.
  • Clear the candidates selection bar after the selection of 'To' suggestions, for the GMail app.

Inheritance
  • All features, terms and conditions of the previous version 0.6.1 apply.

  1. This is a pretty good tool.

    How easy is it to alter the dictionary the program uses? I'm used to using jyutping and yale which seem to have a number of differences.

    It might just take a little while to get used to the pronunciation.

  2. When I use cantonese keyboard as default, I can't use the phyacial keyboard spacebar at some apps, like terminal emulator, remote rdp...can u fix this bug? I'm using milestone
