Version 0.5.1 release

Version 0.5.1 of the Cantonese keyboard for Android is available for download on the Android Market Tools category for free. This is a testing version and will expire on 15 November 2010.


Bug fix
  • Fixed the incorrect candidates listing when the 'Show rarely used characters' option enabled.

Inheritance
  • All features, terms and conditions of the previous version 0.5.0 apply.

    Excellent app! If I switch from Cantonese Keyboard back to Android Keyboard, then reboot, I have to re-enable Cantonese keyboard from HomeMenu->Settings->Language. Is there a way to get around this? (Google Pinyin from Marketplace does not need re-enabling.) Thanks & keep up the great work!

    Thanks...Great Apps (all of your Chinese input methods)!!!

    I do have few suggestions:-

    1. It would be even better if you could combine both Cantonese keyboard AND English-Chinese dictionary keyboard into a single keyboard. I often have to switch between the 2 keyboards (i.e. Eng-Chinese for entering words & Cantonese keyboard for names, exclamation-words);

    2. When using with a hardware keyboards (e.g. X10 mini pro), is it possible to make the bottom bar more customizable?

    3. The use of DEF key is not very clear. Would you please explain?

    點解update了最新版之後次次再開機都要去setting --> 鍵盤再enable 速成
    之前個版本都冇呢個問題
