Version 0.12.1 release

Version 0.12.1 of the Cantonese keyboard for Android is available for download on the Google Play Tools category for free.
Bug fix
  • Fixed the malfunction cursor.

 Tips
  • If you experience extreme lag after updating, try uninstalling and re-installing the keyboard again.
  • After changing theme, try to restart the keyboard or rotate the device with the keyboard active, to make the new theme effective.
  • If you experience touch difficulty, try to set the Touch sensitivity settings as High and Neutral.
  • If you experience missing candidates, try enabling the 'Rarely used characters' option of 'Chinese candidates' setting.
  • Simplified Chinese candidates are disabled by default. Enable it at the 'Character type' option of 'Chinese candidates' setting if required.
Known issues
  • Keyboard closes itself on Contact's phone number text box of Samsung devices with Android 4.x. Will fix once we get a Samsung device on hand to check.
  • Keyboard plays sound on press on LG devices, even sound is disabled in settings. Will fix once we get a LG device on hand to check.
  • Candidates selection bar jumps when the height is set to S. Fix in the pipeline.
  • Key size too large for tablets. Fix in the pipeline.

 Installation
  • Installation from Goole Play is recommended.
  • Or download the APK and install manually, if Google Play is not available on your device.

Inheritance
  • All features, terms and conditions of the previous version 0.12.0 apply.

    選擇符號「」時，理論上可以中間打入字符，但實際上並不能。Pls fix it. Thx.

    我啱啱轉咗用note 3, 發現當點住cursor時的edit function pop-up window (select all, select word, cut, paste, copy) 無出到。Kindly fix it asap. Thz!

    My HTC One just got an update to Android 4.3. I could not enable the Cantonese Keyboard anymore. I have selected to use the Cantonese Keyboard under the Language and Input but it seems there is no way to switch the stock keyboard to the Cantonese Keyboard. Please help to fix that. Thanks.

    Works well except for masked password fields in Chrome. Seems like it sends the '*' character instead of the masked character when used in Chrome.

    hi, thanks for the hard work for developing this app, I have been using since the very first edition and now installed on all my and my family members' phone (should be over 20 phones)

    I have the latest version on my Samsung Note 1,with all the same settings as in my Samsung Galaxy S3, but would like to know how can I change the bottom right ENTER key to become "Next Line"?

    apple is allowing 3rd party keyboard on their latest ios8
    wonder you would work on that as well?
